Duplex Cooling System

The cooling system consists of a transporting mesh that works together with the cooking system. Its reinforced with bearing, and this increases its durability.

El sistema de enfriamiento consiste en un acoplamiento transportador que trabaja junto con el sistema de cocción. Se refuerza con el cojinete, y eso aumenta su durabilidad.

Duplex Mechanized Cooking Oven

The cooking oven, consist of 3 metallic bands. The system is based on bronze fuses that reduced the consumption of gas (also available in iron). Its covered in stainless steel and its 4 lateral faces fiber glass for obtaining a better cooking of the product. Also includes auto lubricating bearings for maintenance reduction. It also includes a mechanized slider with mesh for better performance. The chassis is fabricated with PTR which guaranties its durability.

El horno de cocción consiste en 3 bandas metálicas. El sistema se basa en los fusibles de bronce que reducen el consumo de gas (también disponible en hierro). Se cubre en acero inoxidable, y un cristal lateral de fibra de 4 caras para cocinar mejor el producto. Incluye los cojinetes auto lubricadores para la reducción del mantenimiento. También incluye un resbalador mecanizado con el acoplamiento para un funcionamiento mejor. El chasis se fabrica con la PTR que garantiza su durabilidad.

Duplex Traction System

The traction system of the head and the cooking oven consist of 1 motors and 3 H.P three-phase (optional single-phase), and 2 aluminum reducers at 90 degrees with a relationship of 40 to 1 R.P.M. Also it incorporated a mixing gas and air valve of aluminum for the cooking system.

El sistema de la tracción de la cabeza y el horno que cocina consisten en 1 motor y 3 caballos de fuerza trifásico (monofásico opcional), y 2 reductores de aluminio en 90 grados con una relación de 40 a 1 R.P.M. También incorpora una válvula de gas y de aire de aluminio para el sistema de cocimiento.

C Dplex H

The head is made of aluminum (hopper) where the dough is deposited, and by means of the chamber of pressure a curtain of dough is outlined and deposited in the testal that is directed to the mesh. This head comes reinforced in all its system of traction with chains of 50, and the main arrow is also reinforced. Its production is of 405 lb. per hour.

El cabezal esta hecho de un aluminio (tolva) donde se deposita la masa, y por medio del compartimiento de la presión una cortina de la pasta se contornea y se deposita en el testal que se dirige al acoplamiento. Esta cabeza viene reforzada en todo su sistema de la tracción; con las cadenas de 50 y la flecha de la tubería también se refuerza. Su producción es de 180 kilogramos por hora.
